About me

Do you suffer from anxiety or intrusive thoughts and find it difficult to deal with day to day life?

Do you frequently find yourself falling into the same unhelpful patterns and behaviours and don't seem to be able to break the cycle?

Are you finding it difficult to come to terms with traumatic experiences?

Based in the UK, I provide a safe space where you can openly explore your challenges without the fear of being judged.

I’m here to listen to your story, ask questions and help you make sense of your past experiences, process traumatic memories and devise strategies to make life feel easier. I can help you establish healthy boundaries, increase feelings of self worth and find your voice.

My approach is influenced by my training and experience and I draw on several different therapeutic styles including CBT, EFT (tapping), hypnotherapy and psychodynamic techniques such as inner child work. This means I can find a way of working that suits you.

I work mainly with anxiety disorders such as PTSD, OCD, panic attacks and generalised anxiety disorder.

I am experienced in helping people who have experienced narcissistic abuse, childhood trauma and domestic and sexual abuse.

I´ve tried therapy before, both online and offline, before being matched with Rachael, and I had no idea it could be this helpful. I´m making so much progress with literally every session.
