About me

It takes courage to come willing to share what is going on and what makes life so painful. You will find that talking in a safe and confidential space allows for relief and rest and is often times the first step towards peace. It is also my desire to come alongside and provide you with some perspective, insightful tools and helpful frameworks for what is right and good in life. My hope is for you to engage in our time together feeling more empowered to make the changes in your life that create lasting health both for yourself and in your relationships. Therapy can sometimes feel like it hurts more than it helps when addressing the hurts, challenging the blind spots that can keep you stuck. Yet, pushing through the tough stuff together is where the most significant and lasting changes occur and it is always worth it. If you are willing, I look forward to that journey with you!

Rachel has been a great therapist for me and Iā€™m glad I got matched with her as my therapist. She always help me brainstorm ways to overcome personal issues I have and help me be a better person.

Written on Sep 09, 2022 after therapy with Rachel for 3 weeks on issues concerning depression, stress, anxiety, addictions, and self esteem

Rachel is great! She has helped me through a lot of my anxieties by sharing techniques and psychological theories which has really helped ground my treatment. I think the choice of offering more than text chats would be nice however. I think voice/video can be beneficial for many including myself.

Rachel makes me feel validated and heard. She helps me see things from a healthy non-biased point of view.

She is a great listener and is very knowledgeable and sympathetic. The only issue is that she is extremely busy and doesn't have a lot of availability.
