Rachel is very kind and understanding. I told her I was struggling a lot with being overwhelmed and learning about self-acceptance. She offered me a lot of insights I never really thought about and it helped me take a moment to pause and think about things. I really love how positive she is as well it helps me feel more better and upbeat!

Rachel is a phenomenal counselor. She reassured me of all that I needed to know after losing my son and mother within months of each other. She gave me permission to take the time I needed to grieve, work through the shock and cope with my new normal. I recommend Rachel, counseling, and Better Help to everyone now. Thanks Rachel and thank you Better Help for helping me live whole, again.

Rachel is extremely kind and easy to share with. I was hesitant to even take this step and seek any counseling, but Rachel makes it feel as if I’m just talking with an objective friend. She takes perspectives those close to me have never taken, so she is a breath of fresh air.

Rachel is an amazing listener. She is excellent at “reframing” what you present— as if you present a picture and she turns it “right side up.” She is great at drawing out the best of what you probably say when you talk to yourself.

Rachel has been amazing. I never once felt so heard and understood. She doesn't let me wallow, but she doesn't talk down to me when she's explaining what I'm going through or helping me label my emotions. That's really rare. Her advice is always helpful!

Rachel is exceptionally good at paraphrasing what I tell her. This is SO incredibly useful in a counselor because when we hear our own words back through someone else's POV, it allows us to shift perspective a wee bit. I'm SO impressed with her!

I am so grateful that I began this journey, and I am glad that Rachel Rivera has supported me from the very first interaction. It was important to me that I not be just validated, but challenged to find the "why"s because that's where true change exists. I'm not for short-term fixes. I don't want to waste any more of my life living for other's expectations when so much of my energy already goes to helping others. My best friends noticed how relaxed I have seemed, and I even surprised myself when I watched a video recording and noticed that I found no evidence of stress in my face, my voice, my body language... It's amazing how balance can make you whole. Thanks to Rachel, I'm not just looking for balance, I'm manifesting/creating/leveraging it.
