Reviews

Ryan has helped me discover things about myself that I didn’t know before. He really understands the ins and outs of trauma and teaches how certain ways of feeling trace back to it AND helps me face and overcome it. The things I went into therapy thinking I needed to focus on ended up being only a symptom of the root cause and Ryan has challenged my thinking and I still use phrases from him daily to remind myself I am worth the work.

Ryan did an excellent job helping me target and work through specific therapeutic goals in a timely manner, and offered me several adjunctive support suggestions that I found very useful. Highly recommend him for anyone who appreciates directness and solution-oriented thinking in a therapist, as well as for anyone who needs someone considerate of chronic pain.

I have only had a couple of sessions with Ryan but they have already been so helpful to me and my healing journey. He actively listens to everything I say and through this is able to help me process and understand my emotions better. He gives a balance of making sure I am accountable and learning from my past but also kind to myself as I process deep wounds. I Highly recommend his sessions!

Ryan is an incredible dude who really cares for his patients. I have enjoyed my sessions with him and always have been excited to discuss my life with him and work through anything I'm going through. Couldn't recommend enough!
