Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Dr. Samantha Dellinger. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

I’m still only a few sessions in and normally would not provide a review so early, but so far, Dr. Dillinger has shown to be very capable of providing valuable and accurate insight gained from truly listening and meeting me where I’m at. I feel heard and cared for in the fragile state I’m in - I feel encouraged to grow outside my comfort zone and allow a healing process to take place in spite of my normal fears, and I also do not feel pressured or forced with anything I am not yet comfortable with just yet.

Dr. Dillinger is very professional, but she is also very human, which is the balance I feel I’ve been looking for in a therapist.

Written on Nov 01, 2024 after therapy with Samantha for 3 weeks on issues concerning depression, stress, anxiety, lgbt, relationship issues, family conflicts, trauma and abuse, grief, sleeping disorders, self esteem, and coping with life changes

So far she's been amazing. I don't feel judged, I don't feel dismissed, or like I'm a bad person or anything less than. She listens and is patient even with me having a hard time trying to communicate my thoughts properly and doesn't get upset when I veer off topic five hundred times... would definitely recommend!
