Sarah is awesome I feel like she really listens to me and I really need that. I also like the fact that she has implemented a plan that I can follow when I'm not in session with her. It's been really helpful.

I truly appreciate how she allows me to share what I need to share, always listening and then helping me understand why I might feel the way I'm feeling. She is great at giving examples that may help me understand from a different perspective. Which in turn gives me a chance to reflect and maybe change how I choose to respond to different situations. I highly recommend her. I'm really glad she is there for me in such a positive way!
