I can’t recommend Sean enough. He has truly transformed my outlook on life. With his guidance, I’ve learned to look inward and grow upward, seeing myself become a kinder, more positive person. Sean has helped me discover a newfound confidence—I can finally walk with my head held high. For the first time, I truly believe in myself, and I’m excited for all the growth and potential that lies ahead. Knowing I have Sean in my corner gives me so much hope for the future. Thank you, Sean, for the impact you’ve had on my life!

Sean will properly listen to you and mirrors back to you things you didn’t know you were saying. Important things that no longer serve you and must relinquish. A proper gift not many therapists are good it - highly recommended!

Sean has provided me with the right kind of mentoring, guidance, and insight to help me achieve goals and ambitions I wouldn't have otherwise achieved.

Sean has the ability to highlight blind spots I otherwise would completely missed and has helped me grow into a stronger version of myself by taking the problems that have been holding me back and solving them from the root causes within myself.

There is a lot to offer from Mr. Hessey as a therapist due to his inherantly warm, kind, understanding, and unjudging personality.

I would strongly reccomend him to anyone who needs help in any capacity. He is worth his weight in gold.
