I have the pleasure of working with Shara and I cannot recommend her enough. From our very first session, Shara created a warm, safe, and nonjudgmental environment where I felt comfortable sharing my thoughts and emotions. Her ability to listen attentively and provide insightful feedback truly sets her apart.

What impressed me most was Shara’s personalized approach. She does not rely on a one-size-fits-all method; instead, Shara tailored techniques to suit my specific needs and goals. Whether it was through guided exercises, thought-provoking questions, or practical strategies for daily life, Shara consistently helps me navigate challenges with clarity and confidence.

Another standout quality is Shara’s genuine compassion and empathy. I always feel understood and supported, even on my toughest days. Over time, I noticed significant progress—not just in overcoming immediate issues but also in developing long-term skills to manage stress, improve communication, and maintain emotional balance.

If you’re looking for a therapist who combines expertise with genuine care, Shara Daniels is an excellent choice. Shara has made a profound impact on my life, and I’m incredibly grateful for her gifted guidance!

I found someone who is sympathetic but goal oriented in taking me step by step out of the situation I am in and closer to my goal to be happy again. Always willing to drop everything in a crisis and support me thru challenging times. Very clear on what we accomplish and will suggest group therapy. Thank you, Sharlene for being my rock in my most challenging times
