Her objectivity allowed me to freely express myself. She offered practical steps that could help me progress beyond a place where I felt stuck. I became energized after being able to get a different perspective on my current situation.

Sheri is a great listener and always responds promptly to messages as well. She is supportive and helps find additional resources and materials for me to look into on my own between sessions.

I just started working with Sheri. Right away I felt comfortable with her. I was able to open up freely about my trauma. Sometimes opening up requires feeling the person out, but within minutes of our first appointment I was willing to open up. I felt supported and validated in my feeling, thoughts, and beliefs. Sheri has been responsive through messaging. She has offered resources that allow me to practice helpful techniques between appointments. It's nice to have a few things to work on at your own pace. This allows one to focus more on the composition of your trauma during the appointment. I'll end by saying Sheri is a happy uplifting personality. This helps brighten a rough day or week.
