Dr. Teresa Graney, LCSW
About me
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California and a Certified Health Coach with over 20 years of experience working as a counselor and health coach. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, PTSD, and substance abuse problems. I also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse.
My therapy style is engaging, interactive, holistic and non-judgmental. I believe that what is good for the brain is good for the body and vice versa. Thus, the focus is not only in the mental and emotional spheres but also takes into account the impact of physiological processes on the person’s overall wellbeing. I combine cognitive-behavioral approaches, problem solving approaches, diet and nutrition in addressing the patient’s primary concerns. My goal is to meet the unique and specific needs of the patients through individualized treatment.
It takes courage to make that first step of getting the help one needs. I am here to support and empower you as you embark on your health journey.
I look forward to working with you!
