I can help you learn skills to help you cope with day to day life while working on healing from the past.
I am compassion focused, non-judgment, and open minded, LGBTQ affirming. Specializing in Anxiety, PTSD, trauma, sexual assault/abuse, adult children of narcissistic parents, and LGBTQ issues. I have experience working with sexual assault survivors and survivors of trauma from working as a rape response advocate in the past.
