The opportunity to set my schedule and receive therapy from the comfort of my own home has been valuable. I appreciate conversing with a therapist who asks thought-provoking questions and suggests other ways of receiving information, such as articles and books, to reflect on my own experiences.

Zachary is extremely professional, empathetic, but most of all skilled in cognitive behavioral therapy which is exactly what I wanted. I’ve had many therapists, but Zachary seems to be the most understanding of my needs. He listens to my requests as to what I want out of our sessions and gives materials/resources that have been helpful. Since beginning therapy with him, I’ve noticed a lot of positive change in my day to day life. I don’t feel judged at all, and I can’t say that about other therapists I’ve had. I would 100% recommend.
