About me

The first step is often the hardest when looking for support, so well done on making that step.

I am a qualified Counsellor and Coach in the UK, working in Private Practice face to face in Maidstone and online Nationwide.

I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, ADHD, trauma, addictions and abuse. I specialise in working with clients who suffer from Chronic Pain/Fibromyalgia

My therapy style is warm and interactive. I trained Pluralistically which combines cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), humanistic and psychodynamic. I will tailor your treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs and welcome clients having an input into the treatment plan. My Coaching training also means I can work in a Solution Focused way and help you identify and set goals and support you in achieving them.

Being neurodiverse and a mum to a Neurodiverse child, I welcome ND clients and parents of ND children (I know how challenging it can be)

Please feel free to look at reviews from clients on my page and I look forward to meeting you soon.

Thank you for reading

I really enjoy Zoe as a therapist she is kind and understanding, gives a lot of insight and encouragement. I’ve put off therapy for years and was always nervous but Zoe has been the best possible outcome for me and made it easier to stick to accountability and responsibility for my happiness and health

Zoe is fantastic, feel I can tell her anything and she's well aware of my situation having personal experience with ADHD which is probably one of the root causes of most of my needs. Learnt a lot of coping mechanisms and ways to analyse the world which have been invaluable in this time where I cannot get hold of medication and have to find my own way through work and life in general.

Zoe, thank you for the support, guidance and advice that I needed so much during a complicated phase in my life. Our sessions helped me to go through this quicker, and it also helped me to get an outsider perspective on the situation. I found the closure that I needed and I can now move on in peace. I highly recommend Zoe as she is a great listener, very understanding, and she's also very honest.
