Aaron Roquemore, LPC, LMFT
About me
I am licensed in Georgia with 40 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with addictions, family conflicts, & trauma and abuse. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey.
Taking care of your mental health is just as important, if not more important than taking care of your physical health. Ignoring feelings of anxiety, stress, relationship trials and life adversity can wear us out. We therefore need to be vigilant and knowledgeable regarding relief and solutions.
I take a holistic, integrative approach to counseling, exploring the needs of the whole person mind, body, soul and spirit. That's true and total wellness! I'll encourage you to believe you have power in all circumstances and choices life brings. I remind you, despite how bleak things seem, you have what it takes to not only endure but prevail! Just keep stepping.
If you’re ready to begin or maybe even continue your journey towards personal growth and improved mental health, feel free to reach out. I'll be a steady support for you as you work to become healthier, happier, more refined, ready for life you. I got you and you got this! Let's take this walk together.
