I am licensed in Florida with 4 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with relational trauma and abuse, as well as the shame that stems from such abuse. I believe that you are the hero of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. I really appreciate my sessions with Abhimanyu, I have worked with him through some very tough life events and highly recommend him for EMDR and talk therapy. We are all different , but I needed his keeping me accountable to my own decisions and following through with them, but at the same time, helping me talk through and come to my own conclusions. I have recommended him to family as well as the betterhelp platform.

Sessions have been going well and I’ve been learning new techniques to ease my worried mind. It’s refreshing to have a therapist with different tools than what I’ve experienced. For me it’s not just a sympathetic ear but someone who helps coach me to become a better me.
