About me
Often times we only see the version of others that they want us to see. Then we are left judging our insides based off of their outsides; believing ourselves to be "abnormal." The shame of feeling alone can lead us to shape shift; squeezing into fragmented versions of what we think we are supposed to be or feel. In our work together we can explore the "You" beyond your representative self and find ways to express the parts of yourself who want to be seen and known.
I believe when we shut out our shadowy parts, we close the door on our light too. Through re-building a mind body connection, practicing self-compassion, embodying authenticity, building shame resilience, and remembering the feeling of alignment with our needs and values, we can begin to know ourselves again. And in turn, better connect to those around us.
I individualize treatment to meet the needs of the person or couple in front of me. Whatever path we take together in the direction of your goals, you will lead the way, and I will walk beside you every step.
