About me
Hello! I am a licensed marriage and family therapist, working in Iowa since 2014. I specialize in relationships and behavioral issues. I have worked with a crisis program for the last 3 years. In my practice, I have worked with a wide range of mental health concerns such as life transitions, parenting, anxiety and depression. I have specialized training with crisis and sexuality, as well as trauma and abuse. I have worked with LGBTQ+ and grief.
I believe that therapy is a support to collaborate to make changes that will enhance your life. If you are ready to begin working to empower yourself, I am here to help. I am non-judgmental, and will be compassionate while we work together to develop skills to move you forward in your journey.
I look forward to working with you!
