I was nervous about trying therapy. However Aida had always made me feel comfortable addressing and navigating my journey in a healthy, positive , manner and at my own pace.

Aida has helped me make a drastic improvement in my mental health. She has been a huge staple in my road to better mental health, providing me with an open environment to judge anything that comes to mind, offers me insight and the tools that can help me face and conquer the challenges that are present & ahead of me. I look forward to our sessions each week.

Aida guided me through the worst emotional crisis I have ever experienced and I came out the other side healthier and stronger than I was before it started. She was kind and compassionate and knew the right moments to push and challenge me. What she taught me and the tools she gave me will be valuable for the rest of my life.
