Aida is extremely helpful. She helped me realize the root of my problems before I even had an idea what was causing my issues. She has been by my side and supporting me whenever I need her while I transition to a healthier life. I am eternally grateful for her commitment to helping me.

Aida Ibrahim listens to me in such a way that I truly feel heard. She has helped me develop new coping strategies and reminds me constantly that I need to pay attention to myself. Other mental health centers have bounced me around from therapist to therapist, but BetterHelp linked me to Aida, who has been unwavering in her duties to me as a therapist. She has made a huge positive impact in my life and helped me become a better and better version of myself.

As someone who has never been in therapy, Aida took the time to establish and create a safe space. She allowed me to speak with her adding follow up questions. She always makes me feel welcomed and she poses questions to ensure that I’m not giving a surface level response (which is something that I struggled with).

She's great. Asked me things that really opened my eyes. She's thoughtful with her responses and caring.
