Aisha Bettridge, NCPS
About me
I am a Psychotherapist, Social Worker and Life Coach based in the UK. I have worked in the field of Health and Social Care for over 15 years, and I have 4 years of experience in supporting individuals through therapy and coaching. As well as offering sessions via this platform I run my own private practice where I see individuals and couples both online and in-person. On this platform I offer sessions via phone call and live messenger chat.
I have extensive experience in helping clients through childhood trauma and abuse. I can support you in managing stress, anxiety and depression. I can work with you on building your self esteem and confidence, and on improving the relationship that you have with yourself.
I offer a blend of humanistic approaches centred around the belief that you are the expert of your own situation. I will seek to encourage and empower you to connect with your authentic self. At your own pace, we will challenge stories and patterns of behaviour that block the path to meaningful change, wholeness and healing.
I am an inclusive therapist working with individuals 18+. I am committed to working in a way that acknowledges, celebrates and supports cultural, gender and sexual diversity. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgement.

Reviews
These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Aisha Bettridge. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.
Aisha is incredibly helpful and professional, I never feel rushed or pressured to open up more than I am ready. I was very nervous starting therapy but aisha has made it a smooth transition and I look forward to our sessions. I really feel like she genuinely listens to everything I have to say and understands issues on a deeper level than most people would.

I strongly recommend scheduling sessions with Aisha. She listened to what i said, understood immediately how i felt, and helped understand myself more and how to talk to myself in a healthy way.

The first time Aisha and I had a session, she noticed right away what was the area we needed to focus on, I wasn't aware of the significance of what she noticed but it took her a couple of minutes to just hear it in my voice and mentioned it, this has opened a whole new healing journey and I could not be more happy that it's her waling it with me. This is what it takes, a good and caring person who will listen to you and will notice the slightest change of tone and emotion and walk you through it, I cannot recommend her and Betterhelp more for bringing her into my life.

I consider myself fortunate to have Aisha as my online therapist, especially as a first time participant in therapy. Her exceptional humanistic approach creates a comforting and open space, making the experiences enriching and insightful. Aisha's ability to actively listen and provide the necessary resources has made my initial experience into therapy very positive.

Aisha is a kind-hearted soul who makes me feel equally comfortable diving into my current dramas, future aspirations, and childhood patterns. While still new in my life, Aisha has played a fundamental role in my personal development and life satisfaction.
