I love Aisha’s approach to therapy. I feel like I’m having a conversation with a friend who is looking out for my best interest but holding me accountable. She’s a great listener, asks questions to dig deeper if needed and correlates information from other sessions to help me move forward towards better mental health.

She’s a wonderful person and listener. Always so reassuring and reaffirming. I had some difficulties finding the right fit but I’m truly grateful for her. She went out of her way to email betterhelp to take me on as a client after I asked her to take me on as a client despite her having no availability. Truly a gem and a great person overall and therapist.
