Ajah Love, LMFT
About me
I believe all individuals are unique, thus therapy is not a one size fits all. I aim to meet each client where they are, with understanding and a strong therapeutic relationship as the foundation for a transformative process. Most of us are doing the best we can with what we've received from our loved ones and early experiences, my goal is to have you leave with more, and for your best to only get better.
My speciality focuses on working with clients to navigate life transitions- whatever they may be, and the feelings that can often come along with them such as depression, anxiety, loss/feeling lost, and the big "what now" questions. In addition to this I also use my past personal experience of being a D1 athlete to work with athletes current and former.
I provide a safe, nonjudgemental space where you can express openly and freely. Together we will work on those areas where you feel you struggle most, exploring new perspectives, ideas and skills in order to make positive change in your life.

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Ajah Love. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.
Ajah has been extremely helpful as my therapist - each of her responses are thoughtful and helps me feel heard. She is particularly good at pinpointing what the source of the issue is and deepening the conversation with a balanced amount of active listening and advice
