She was very supportive and uplifting. She was the listening ear I so very needed during a rough time. She helped me see things in myself that I couldn't. If I'm in need of services again, I will be choosing her as my therapist.

Alanna is a fantastic listener and creates a warm, safe space to talk. I feel overwhelmingly supported by her, and I feel confident that she will continue to help me to successfully work through my issues. She brings empathy along with a wise perspective to any given scenario, and she shares physical tools (e.g. worksheets) that I can use to have better self-awareness and to empower me to help address my issues in the future. I feel that I am making good progress and I am thankful to have her as my therapist.
