Reviews

I think Albert is a strong therapist. He is very supportive, and seems quite dedicated to learning about the whole picture before giving some answers to gain insight about some problems. I like that he reminds me to not jump to a self diagnosis or gain too many ideas from the internet, because to tell the truth, it is very overwhelming and complicated. I like how he has taught me how important it is to just start from the basics, and take it piece by piece instead of going through lists of possible diagnosis for many things.
Sometimes just walking through the problems, and walking through all the pathways of how things are connected are extremely helpful in understanding the entire picture, then knowing how to reprogram it.
I will be honest though, he is kind of tough because he isn't the kind of person who takes on the very open approach to therapy, he is quite traditional, but he is very adaptable and knowledgeable of all current information of mental health and is very focused on analyzing and collecting data, before making a comment or explaining something. Personally I like this, because that way we are not jumping around through different points and just getting ideas. He works really hard by listening, writing down notes, and like an investigator, walks through the whole thing with me when there is enough information. He is really cool like that. I hope he continues to help patients and people who really need his therapist style.
