Dr De Elias is an incredible therapist and I feel very fortunate to have found him early in my journey. He is extremely knowledgeable and I have seen as he has changed his approach as he has learned more about me to better guide me through what I need and not just what is helpful in a vacuum. Dr, De Elias is excellent at his job. He is helpful and respectful. His advice is very good and helpful. I tell him in our sessions that he is very good and I appreciate him, so this is just for those of u reading. I went thru several bad therapists on here before I found this very good one, but that's life also. Dr De Elias is one of the best.
