Alex was really great and is a great listener. I feel he guided me to make some good choices on my own. I felt he knew what I needed to hear to support myself.

Alex is awesome! I feel completely comfortable with him as a gay man and talking with him about the intense stressers that have invaded my life. I find taking with him helps ground me with how demanding my job is and he helps me find ways to balance my work life with my home life.

He's very positive and cheerful, and addresses your concerns and struggles in a gentle and validating manner. It's very comforting and helps me find another source of support to help see myself in a better life. It really helps. The patience certainly does too! Very adaptable to what you need that session, while staying aware of what you want to work on in the long run to help support and encourage you. Very much appreciated!
