I strive to make goals into realities through sessions which may evoke strong emotions while also building on your confidence and strengths.. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, & depression. I love being able to creatively establish rapport and make sessions productive and also therapeutically fun such that we can make progress together. I utilize a blend of play and art therapy, DBT and CBT modalities as well as skills from motivational interviewing and narrative therapy.
