My approach to therapy is supportive and direct. My primary modality is Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW), with graduate degrees from the University of Georgia and Georgia Tech. My specialties include grief counseling, anxiety, depression, personality disorders, eating disorders, and substance use disorders. I look forward to working together.
