About me
My background is Nursing working both in the Hospital and in Nursing Homes.
My Holistic approach within Nursing has been very helpful in defining the way I work in the Therapy room. I work in an integrative way but I mainly follow the Person Centred approach. There will be times that I bring in aspects of other models.
I qualified with the Level 4 last.April having been working for three placements over the last three years.
My experience is Counselling, Adults, Students and Young People and Women.
Currently I work in private Practice both in Person, on line and on the telephone.
Counting my previous hours twenty years ago I have around nine hundred hours of Therapy Practice hours.

My Therapist Alexandra Thomas has provided Positive Based Consistency bringing Balance to my chaotic experiences both within and without... Helping me to keep perspective and be productive.
