Maybe you don't want to talk about it but maybe you do and that is why you are here. Hi, my name is Alexia and I am here so we can talk about it together. I am a licensed mental health counselor with 11 years of experience. I have worked with clients struggling with substance use, self esteem, loneliness, depression, anxiety, stress in addition to individuals that have struggled to communicate effectively in their interpersonal relationships.
