Alexis Bates, LCSW
About me
I am licensed in Colorado with 4 years of experience in holistic mental health, guiding clients through a mind, body, and soul approach. My practice is dedicated to helping adults who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, stress, and emotional dysregulation, providing them with somatic tools to build resilience, confidence, and a sense of inner peace.
With training in Somatic Experiencing, I offer a safe, supportive space where you can find relief from the patterns that keep you feeling stuck. Together, we’ll focus on healing the nervous system, strengthening the mind-body connection, and developing skills to handle life’s challenges with more ease and clarity.
Taking the first step toward a more grounded and peaceful self may feel daunting, but you don’t have to do it alone. I am here to support you at every stage, helping you create a life that feels aligned and deeply fulfilling. If you’re ready to move beyond anxiety & disconnection, let’s work together to help you build a life of purpose, presence, and peace.
