Alexis has been extremely helpful with my coping, healing, and whatever issues arise day to day. I have multiple layers of a complicated life and she is always able to address and help me work out a plan to tackle each obstacle. 10 out of 10 hands down!

I met Alexis during the darkest & longest depressive episode of my life. She has been instrumental in helping me see the light at the end of the tunnel. Alexis is very non-judgmental in her approach & extremely down to earth & warm. She is a fantastic listener & wonderful at "meeting where you are". She will challenge you in gentle ways & provide you with clear guidance without any agenda. She is the first therapist I've wanted to work with long-term & I'm so grateful to have found her here!
