Alexsa Billups, LCSW-C
About me
Greetings. I have been part of the mental health field for over 20 years. I have helped clients with various mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress and anger management, relationship and parenting issues and life stressors such as workplace and education difficulties. I partner with my clients to develop an environment where they feel safe and free to express themselves as we set and work through goals to improve their presenting concerns. As a veteran of the armed forces I also have extensive experience working with first responder, military/veteran and deployment-related issues. I am also fluent in Spanish.
My availability is generally Monday-Friday from about 7:30am to 12:00pm. If you prefer evenings or weekends, regular, recurring sessions may be difficult to schedule. There is a bit more flexibility with messaging.
