Consultations are a collaborative team effort. Life areas in which Consultations may be engaged include relationships with family, friends, significant others, and individuals in various community venues, to include work, school, neighborhood, and one's community at large. Questions, challenges, and issues concerning, self-identity, purpose, spirituality, career, and an array of everyday human concerns are welcomed for consult.

Great therapist

Written on Apr 12, 2022 after therapy with Alfred for 6 months on issues concerning depression, relationship issues, family conflicts, trauma and abuse, and compassion fatigue

Dr. Alfred White, Jr. has been amazing so far, believes in my growth and recovery. He taught me the concept of prevention (positives) and intervention (negatives) that stuck with me and worked on steps towards my fulfillment, happiness, and ideal life. He believed in me to figure things out and work on figuring out my ideal life which we discussed. As well he sent me some worksheets to look over and noticed I was not the best at communicating with others and taught me some breathing exercises "Listen to understand rather than listen to respond." something I still need to work on though, to be honest. He's been a big help so far can't wait to see what he provides me going forward.

Dr. White helped me navigate through a chapter of my life I will never forget. He helped me through the loss of a best friend, changes in where I lived, identity, relationships, expression & purpose. And through all that, despite the hardships, Dr. White helped me find peace at the moment. It’s hard to say I will miss this chapter, as there were hard times, but he helped me through them all, and I am so grateful.
