I take a client centered approach and have experience in multiple treatment modalities that I tailor to fit each client’s expressed goals. Whether a client has a specific issue they know they want to address like depression or post traumatic stress, or they want help exploring why they do the things they do, or they’re dealing with career and life challenges, I look forward to building relationships that expand life skills and move toward solutions.
