I highly recommend Alicia! She is caring, warm, and highly skilled. Alicia helps bring out the best in me by incorporating my faith into my healing. She is guiding me through the difficult period of caring for parents and grief. She helps me to see that I am strong for choosing to get help. Alicia has been a great resource for actionable steps in attaining my goals and I have learned so much throughout the process of how to better manage my ADHD and anxiety without medication (personal choice). She helped to create an environment that fosters success and identifying behaviors that inhibit success and creating solutions for how to manage them. Alicia also offers a compassionate lens to reaching my person goals and helped me to recognize and celebrate my progress and accepting that setbacks are part of the journey and not to be too hard on yourself. I really appreciate Alicia’s approach of offering real life solutions to real life problems.

Alicia actually cares about helping me. She is the only therapist I have ever had that actually reaches out to me to ask how I am doing or reminds me to schedule a session if I forget or haven't been keeping up with her. She is supportive but challenges me as well. She doesn't just say that she will look into things for me or send me resources, she actually does it. She has fit me in last minute a few times and and has been kind and understanding when I missed our scheduled sessions in the past, due to my mental health. She was the only person who I felt comfortable talking to in one of the worst depressive episodes I have ever had. Now that I am feeling better, I am looking forward to continuing my work with her to continue to heal.
