Hello and welcome!

I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 10 years experience in mental health therapy. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, and ADHD.

I believe the key to successful mental health therapy begins with a strong rapport between therapist and client. My counseling style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, dignity and compassion. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, solution focused and client centered counseling.
