Alisa’s experience, knowledge and approach to therapy is both supportive and thought-provoking. She doesn't just listen, she hears what is being said and pays attention to how all your pieces of the puzzle come together. That plus her personal touch sending positive and supportive messages, in-between sessions, makes you feel valued and not just a time and date on a calendar.

Alisa is a great listener. She is quick to understand a situation and relate it back in more helpful terms or with more healthy framing. After sessions with Alisa I feel that I am more self-compassionate, more open, and more confident about tackling challenges in my week.
