I’ve recently started seeing Alison, and she’s been amazing. She listens carefully, gives me space to talk, and takes time to address all of my concerns. The tools she’s provided have been practical and easy to apply in my daily life, and she follows up with helpful worksheets and suggestions after each session. I highly recommend her if you’re looking for a therapist who truly listens and offers real, useful advice
