I am a graduate of Cincinnati Christian University, with experience in women’s issues, severe mental health disorders, early childhood mental health, marriage and family therapy, depression and anxiety, addictions, body image and self awareness, among others. I prefer a psychodynamic and person centered approach. I enjoy solution focused approaches with clients who are motivated, but also enjoy the relationship of those who need services for a longer duration.
