I don’t like to write reviews but this woman was the answer to my prayers and the help I needed. I am looking forward to becoming the person I always knew I could be with her help and support.

Allison is very attentive and her EMDR methods are backed by real science. She mixes compassion, empathy, and fact to help her patients. I have and would recommend her to anyone seeking something beyond the traditional CBT technique.

Allison's good balance of professionalism and empathy helped me to subscribe to her method faster. She provides a safe space where I can be myself, felt acknowledge and helped. A very insightful person and an understanding professional. I highly recommend her for clients who has difficulty in opening up in professional setting.
