Allison has a beautiful way of helping me understand my inner needs and helping me listen to my soul and higher-self. We use techniques that feel right for me, and she is very considerate of my beliefs and how I want to work on areas in my life that need healing. I highly recommend working with her.

I have been working with Allison for nearly two years, and during this time she has continued to make me feel validated and help me through a variety of issues I have been struggling with. Allison is kind, professional and has been the only therapist ever, that I have consistently seen. She is non-judgemental and has created a safe space that I feel I can always be open and be honest within.
