I've worked with Allison for over a year across two different therapy platforms. She's patient, knowledgeable, understanding, and has a method of helping you work through your issues in a way I've never experienced. I am by far a healthier version of myself that I've ever been. My wife constantly asks, "When's your next appointment with Allison?" Because even she knows how amazing Allison's been since I started meeting with her.

One of the things I do for a living is interview people. On a rare occasion I interview someone incredibly wise and utterly brilliant I could talk to
for hours on end. I’m very happy to say that if I was to interview Allison, she would be one of those rare people. I went through three other counselors before I came across Allison. I didn’t feel enough of an impact after the first session so I requested another counselor. I am so grateful that request did not go through for some reason because she has turned out to be more helpful and beneficial to me than a book with all of my problems and solutions written in it. After working with her I have become a better and healthier person and I honestly don’t even know how it has happened. She is brilliant and I simply cannot recommend her enough.

My confidence and day to day life has improved drastically since working with her. I highly recommend her to anyone interested in therapy.
