I am licensed in Illinois with 8 years of professional work experience. I am an EMDR trained therapist and I do offer EMDR through my own separate private practice. I am an experienced psychotherapist offering supportive counseling, CBT and Trauma Focused CBT on Better Help.
I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, family conflicts, & trauma and abuse along with a multitude of co-morbidities. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
