My goal is to create a safe and validating environment where you can be open, vulnerable, and who you really are without any filter.
I have worked with individuals and groups for over 10 years who are dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. I specialize in CBT and DBT to help you learn new skills and make lasting change in your life. You are the expert, and I am here to help guide you to your goals.
