Alyssa is extremely easy to talk to. she makes me feel heard. She has a perfect balance of listening and giving feedback. Most importantly, she gives me a new perspective on things that i never thought of and helps me understand why things are the way they are and why i have certain emotions towards situations. she's highly knowledgeable and i would recommend her to anyone!

Based on my experience with Alyssa, I am extremely confident in her abilities as a therapist. I couldn't ask for a better partner. She actively listens, synthesizes, and remembers details of your sessions. She is always present in the moment. Alyssa is congenial, funny, and upbeat while guiding you forward. She has helped me move forward from issues where I was stuck so I can focus my attention on other issues Even though some issues have been painful to discuss, I look forward to each session, viewing it as an opportunity for personal growth. I thank God that I connected with Alyssa. She's been a true blessing. It's apparent that she found her calling.

Alyssa is excellent. This is my first time doing solo therapy as an adult and I've been blown away at how helpful it is. I am a kinder and more patient person. Alyssa is wonderful at asking the right questions to help you think about things a bit differently. I always leave our sessions feeling empowered and at peace.
