About me
Are you desiring to live more fully and deeply? I can help you identify and implement changes to improve your day to day life by offering a space of acceptance and authenticity. My approach to therapy is eclectic which offers you a variety of treatment modalities. Additionally, I am a creative thinker who is able to see the big picture while maintaining attention to detail.
I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) with the state of Colorado and my license number is LPC.0013537. In 2014, I obtained a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Grace University in Omaha, NE where I received training in integrating spirituality and counseling. I am also trained in EMDR and am an EMDRIA certified therapist. I have also completed post graduate training in CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), DBT (dialectical behavioral therapy) and SFBT (solutions focused brief therapy).
