She's a great therapist. She's not super serious so I feel a lot more laid back talking with her about what's been going on.

Working with Amanda is great! She listens attentively and always provides thoughtful discussion and feedback. I like how she sends messages throughout the week to check in and also offer practical advice for things such as journaling.

Amanda is a phenomenal therapist. She’s a great listener, helps challenge your thoughts and helps you recognize patterns in your thoughts, and she constantly shares resources that could be beneficial for you to look into (books, podcasts, courses, apps). I came to Amanda during a tough transition that was exacerbated by the pandemic, and with her support, I feel confident and prepared to live my life fully.

Amanda has been very helpful during a strange moment in my life. I have very little experience in therapy and I was nervous about the whole thing. I'm glad I wound up with Amanda. She is insightful, empathetic, and pleasant to process things with. Highly recommended.

I appreciate Amanda taking the time to educate herself on new techniques and therapies, as well as finding new techniques to send me based on what I express a current need for, week-by-week. I think a sign of a good counselor is someone who keeps learning and stays up-to-date with what their clients are interested in.
