About me
Have you felt like you’re just surviving and unsure how to create a different life for yourself? Life can be stressful, unpredictable, and even scary. You do not have to go through it alone. I make it a priority to provide a nonjudgmental space for you to share and process your pain, mistakes, fears and struggles, as well as your strengths and accomplishments. My goal as your therapist is to be a compassionate supporter in your life, helping you get through stress and challenging obstacles. Despite whatever uncertainty or chaos may be happening in your life, you can still experience peace, hope, love, and success.
I have experience working with both adults and children in different areas. I am experienced in supporting clients with stress management, coping more effectively, improving decision-making, behavior management, and increasing self-awareness. I will try to make you feel as comfortable as possible in a safe, therapeutic environment by meeting you where you are and setting individualized goals.
I am also a breast cancer survivor, and I would love to help others effected by cancer. It can be a tough journey, and I am honored to help navigate it with you!
Are you ready to take the next step? I look forward to meeting you and growing with you!

Amanda has been my therapist for the past 5 months. She’s been helping me cope with my current marital struggles as much as possible. I’m grateful to have someone to help me process my emotions and be there to listen.

Though Amanda and I are just getting to know one another, I’m very pleased. I had tried for over a year to find affordable mental health with no luck. Finding Betterhealth and Amanda is a blessing!

I joined Better Help about 8 months ago and Amanda was my second match for a therapist and I’m really grateful that she was. Her approach isn’t quote on quote normal, which I like. What I mean by that is during our sessions I feel more as if I am having a conversation with someone safe, someone I can trust but I know who won’t judge me. This approach helped me realize any current issues or past trauma that I was working through myself instead of her just telling me. She provided great guidance and reassurance during our sessions. Amanda really helped me this past year and I’m very grateful for it.

Amanda is such a great listener. I feel like I have a lot to talk about and sometimes I think I talk too much but she always reassures me. I’m very excited to continue building this relationship with her as I unpack more and more. BetterHelp is lucky to have her
