I am licensed in Pennsylvania with 3 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, coping with grief and loss, & depression. Specifically, I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing therapy (EMDR) & Internal Family Systems (IFS), which are two evidence based treatment modalities that are shown to be beneficial with individuals who have experienced trauma. It’s been a tough process for me to even begin therapy but Amanda has eased my nerves and I’m only 2 sessions in and she is getting to know and understand me more. I look forward to progressing forward with Amanda in therapy!
