I needed to have someone to talk to who understands and Amanda offers me that.

Written on Aug 11, 2023 after therapy with Amanda for 2 weeks on issues concerning stress, anxiety, coping with life changes, and compassion fatigue

Although I met with Amanda for only a month, it was well worth each session. She was able to get me to unpack some issues right from the start. I felt, trust, at ease, comfortable, vulnerable and heard. I do plan to return in the future, when my schedule permits.
